The Roadrunners (3-3-2 conference, 7-4-5 season) are currently in a three-way tie with Rice and Temple for fifth place in the American standings. The top six teams advance to the conference championship tournament Nov. 8-14 in Lakewood Ranch, Fla.
UTSA plays on the road on Friday against North Texas. The Roadrunners’ final game of the regular season is Tuesday, Nov. 3, at home at Park West against Florida Atlantic.
