UTSA, the defending Conference USA football champion, held its 2022 spring game on Thursday night at Farris Stadium.
Army beat UTSA 31-13 on Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Alamodome.
The game included hard hitting on the field as well as some extra military flavor.
Trinity opened the 2019 football season with a 41-10 home-field victory over McMurry on Thursday night.
Trinity quarterback Wyatt Messex completed 18-of-25 passes for 250 yards and five touchdown. Chris Stewart caught six passes for 125 yards and three touchdowns.
The Valero Alamo Bowl features Washington State against Iowa State. The party started hours before the game with the Fan Zone between Sunset Station and the Alamodome.
UTSA was within a long missed field on the final play of going overtime as the Roadrunners lost to North Texas 24-21 on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018. It was the last game of the season for UTSA (3-9) and the final appearance in the Alamodome for the team’s seniors.
The UTSA football plays an afternoon road game today against Marshall. Kickoff is 1:30 p.m. Central time. This is the final road game of the season for the Roadrunners (3-7), who conclude their schedule on the Alamodome on Nov. 24 against North Texas.
UTSA honored current and former members of the armed services and first responders before the game on Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
