Caroline Tredwell led UTSA with 12 kills, Gigi Mason had six and Ally Tribe had five. Reagan Bedell and Lilly Croshaw led North Texas with 10 kills each.
The Roadrunners are 11-12 on the season and 4-8 in conference.
UTSA is back home at the Convocation Center on Friday at 7 p.m. against Temple.
