Caroline Tredwell led UTSA with 21 kills, Ally Tribe had 20, Brooke Elliott had 13 and Isabella Arroyave had 10.
UTSA is 12-12 on the season and 5-8 in conference.
The Roadrunners play their final home match of the season on Sunday at 1 p.m. against Tulane. It will be UTSA Senior Day.
