UTSA’s Trey Edmonds 2023-24 men’s basketball – photo gallery
Edmonds has had a number of memorable dunks.
He is averaging 7.5 points and 5.8 rebounds through the first 22 games of the season including 15 points against Western Illinois on Nov. 5, 2023, and 12 rebounds against Lamar on Nov. 14, 2023.
Edmonds is a 6-foot-10 junior forward/center from Aurora, Colo. He transferred to UTSA from Utah Tech.

UTSA women’s soccer falls to South Florida in final home match
South Florida held UTSA without a shot on goal. The Bulls had four shots on goal – with UTSA’s Jasmine Kessler making three saves.
UTSA is 6-7-4 overall and 1-4-3 in conference. The Roadrunners close out the regular season on the road Thursday against Rice.
UTSA women’s soccer ties FAU on Senior Night
The Roadrunners outshot FAU 19-3 for the game with Owls goalkeeper Lexif Gonzalez being forced to make 11 saves. Jasmine Kessler had two saves for UTSA.
UTSA’s Jordan Walker, Maci Geltmeier and Tyler Coker each had two shots on goal.
The Roadrunners play their final home match of the season on Sunday at 1:05 p.m. against South Florida. UTSA concludes the regular season on Thursday, Oct. 26, at Rice.
North Texas shuts out UTSA soccer
North Texas goalkeeper Maddie Ogden had three saves. UTSA’s Jasmine Keller had two.
Jordan Walker, Deja Sandoval and Alissa Stewart had the Roadrunners’ three attempts on goal that were stopped by Ogden.
UTSA plays its next three matches on the road against SMU, UAB and Temple before returning to Park West to play Florida Atlantic on Thursday, Oct. 19, and South Florida on Sunday, Oct. 22.

UTSA women’s soccer dominates in season opener

The Roadrunners got first-half goals from Deja Sandoval, Sasjah Dade and Zoe Lam and second-half goals from Alissa Stewart and Jordan Walker.
Jordyn Hyland had two assists and Sabrina Hillyer, Alex Granville, Sarina Russ and Brittany Holden had one each. Mia Krusinski played all 90 minutes in goal for UTSA.
Central Arkansas’ goal came on a penalty kick by Kelly Van Gundy in the second half.
UTSA returns to action at home on Sunday at 1 p.m. against McNeese State.

Nwakamma played in 25 of UTSA’s 32 games this season and made five starts, averaging 3.5 points and 2.4 rebounds in 14.8 minutes per game. She scored a season-high 16 points against Abilene Christian on Nov. 20, 2022, at the Convocation Center.
