Missions starter Ryan Bergert struck out nine batters while holding the Sod Poodles scoreless for six innings.The San Antonio Missions were limited to just one hit on Friday in a 1-0 loss to the Amarillo Sod Poodles at Wolff Stadium.
Amarillo’s Camden Duzenack scored the only run of the game on a two-out error in the top of the eighth inning.
Jakob Marsee had the Missions’ only hit.
