Jenkins missed UTSA’s first 21 games of the 2023-24 season with a knee injury. The 6-foot senior forward from Kent, Wash., averaged a team-high 17.1 points per game over the final 12 games of the season. Jenkins’ efforts helped UTSA to a fourth-place finish in the American Athletic Conference regular-season season standings in 2023-24.
She recorded team-highs of 27 points and seven rebounds in an 80-62 victory over Northern Colorado in the first round of the 2024 Women’s NIT – the first postseason tournament victory in UTSA women’s basketball history.
Jenkins was the Conference USA player of the year in 2022-23.

Coleman and Jordan Jenkins both announced Friday on UTSA women’s basketball social media that they will be back for 2024-25.
Coleman averaged a team-high 7.2 rebounds per game, had 45 total blocks and was second in scoring per game at 10.4. She is a 6-foot-3 forward from Houston.

UTSA’s Trey Edmonds 2023-24 men’s basketball – photo gallery

Edmonds has had a number of memorable dunks.
He is averaging 7.5 points and 5.8 rebounds through the first 22 games of the season including 15 points against Western Illinois on Nov. 5, 2023, and 12 rebounds against Lamar on Nov. 14, 2023.
Edmonds is a 6-foot-10 junior forward/center from Aurora, Colo. He transferred to UTSA from Utah Tech.

Former Judson star Amira Mabry returns in Tulane’s victory over UTSA

Mabry scored 15 points on 6-of-8 shooting as Tulane beat UTSA 75-64 in an American Athletic Conference women’s game at the UTSA Convocation Center.
Mabry, who earned San Antonio Express-News Super Team honors at Judson, is averaging 10 points per game this season.

Trinity women roll past St. Thomas

Trinity is 11-5 overall and 6-1 in conference. St. Thomas is 2-5 in conference.
