He is the scheduled starting pitcher in the San Antonio Missions’ road game against the Memphis Redbirds (6:35 p.m. Central).
Tonight’s game game will be Brown’s third start of the season, all in Triple-A. He didn’t get a decision in either of his first two starts. He has a 3.00 ERA with 10 strikeouts and three walks in 12.0 innings pitched.
Last year Brown went 9-1 in Double-A Biloxi in 22 games, 21 starts.
