Jhivvan Jackson returned to action today for the UTSA men’s basketball team. Jackson came off the bench and entered the game in the first half.
The sophomore guard had not played since suffering an injury last season.
UTSA is playing UC Irvin in the Gulf Coast Classic in Florida.
UPDATE: UTSA’s Jhivann Jackson played 15 minutes and scored 13 points in his season debut. He shot 4-of-8 overall, 3-of-6 on 3-pointers. 3 rebounds. 1 assist. UC Irvine beat UTSA 65-56.
The UTSA football plays an afternoon road game today against Marshall. Kickoff is 1:30 p.m. Central time. This is the final road game of the season for the Roadrunners (3-7), who conclude their schedule on the Alamodome on Nov. 24 against North Texas.
